The aim of this program is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills they need to operate as a successful business administrator whilst gaining access to administrative roles such as communication, presentation skills and how to provide administrative support.

  • Develop the skills and qualities valued in employees by employers
  • Understand and work on their strengths and weaknesses as a business administrator
  • Learning will be exposed through achieving a minimum of 58 credits 27 of which are mandatory, for example, principles in business, principles of business communication, how to communicate in the business environment and how to manage personal and professional development opportunities.
    Some of the other credits will covers areas such as, presentation skills, creating documents, employee rights and responsibilities, negotiating in the business environment and how to improve business performance to name just a few.
